During the 1980s the castle was abandoned and many items were removed. Perhaps you recognize things from the pictures, or perhaps you have old photographs, of family members or the castle itself? Any relics, no matter how small, are of enormous interest to the team restoring the castle. We would particularly like to trace items of furniture, pictures, etc that were purchased in the 1924 auction held at the castle.
